Kozushi is a traditional sushi restaurant located in Koganei city. You will find it on the way from Musashi-Koganei Station’s North Exit next to the store Don Quixote. They offer a variety of options that go from sushi menu, Nigiri-set, Rice bowl, Chirasi, Roll, to Sashimi. At lunch time, you can get a delicious set called “Sushi lunch” which comes with miso soup for only 1,100yen. Also they have seasonal Japanese sake so you can taste the changes of the flavors throughout the year in Japan. This traditional sushi shop, is runned by a professional chef, gets its freshest fish and seafood at a fish market every day. WCB recommends the Dinner menu that goes for 1,400yen, but it is definitely worth it!
