スタンプカードの利用規約・Stamp Card Terms and Conditions

利用規約

1. スタンプカードの有効期限は、発行日から3年間です。
2. スタンプカードには1名のみ登録できます。スタンプの押印はご本人の宿泊分のみとなります。
3. スタンプ収集について
   1. 宿泊(1泊～6泊）1回につき、チェックイン時に1スタンプが付与されます。
   2. 7泊～13泊の宿泊につき、チェックイン時に2スタンプが付与されます。
   3. 14泊～の宿泊につき、チェックイン時に3スタンプが付与されます。
   4. 7泊以上の延泊ごとに、延泊分のお支払いの際に1スタンプが付与されます。
   5. 部屋の移動はスタンプ付与の対象外です。
   6. 10スタンプ獲得で次の特典1つと引き換えることができます：キャビンルーム宿泊1泊分またはWCBグッズ（10スタンプ達成時点で販売されているアイテムに基づきます）
4. 特典は10個目のスタンプを獲得した日から1年間引き換え可能です。10個目のスタンプを獲得した日から1年を過ぎた場合、このオファーは無効となります。
5. 特典のキャビンルーム宿泊1泊分は直接予約(電話、メール、フロントデスク)でのみ承ります。
6. オンライン予約サイトを経由した予約分を無料に変更することはできません。オンライン予約分の前後に直接予約にて無料1泊を追加することは可能です。※その場合、必ずホステルにご連絡をお願いいたします。空室状況によりご希望に添えない場合がございます。
7. カードを紛失または破損した場合、それまでのスタンプが記載された新しいカードを再発行することはできません。
8. スタンプを現金に交換することはできません。
9. スタンプは他のカード所有者に譲渡、貸与することはできません。
10. 特典を現金に交換することはできません。

Terms of use:

1. Your Stamp Card is valid for 3 years from the day of issuance
2. Only one name can be registered per card. Only the cardholder can receive a stamp for their stay.
3. Collecting Stamps:
   1. 1 stay is equal to 1 stamp at the time of check-in
   2. 1 week of stay is equal to 2 stamps at the time of check-in
   3. 2 weeks of stay is equal to 3 stamps at the time of check-in
   4. Extensions of 7 nights or more are worth 1 stamp at the time of extension
   5. Room changes are not considered
   6. 10 stamps are equal to one free night of stay* OR 1 WCB goods. Only one prize per completed stamp card can be redeemed.
      1. *cabin room only
4. Prizes can be redeemed up to 1 year after receiving your 10th stamp. After 1 year from the time you receive your 10th stamp, the offer will no longer be valid.
5. The one free night of stay can only be reserved directly (at the front desk, via email or phone) with Wild Cherry Blossom Hostel. Depending on availability.
6. A free night stay cannot be redeemed through online reservation sites. If you would like to add your free night stay to an existing reservation, please inform us before your stay. Depending on availability, it may be possible to include it before or after your existing reservation.
7. If your stamp card is lost or irreparably damaged, a new one cannot be issued with your previous stamps.
8. Stamps cannot be exchanged for money.
9. Stamps cannot be transferred from one card holder to another.
10. Prizes cannot be exchanged for money.
