利用規約

  1. ロイヤルティカードの有効期限は、発行日から3年間です。
  2. ロイヤルティカードには1名のみ登録できます。スタンプの押印はご本人の宿泊分のみとなります。
  3. カード所有者の家族や友人は、宿泊予約がカード所有者の名義で行われている場合に限り、カード所有者の名義でスタンプを貯めることができます。
  4. スタンプ収集について
    1. 宿泊(1泊～6泊）1回につき、チェックイン時に1スタンプが付与されます。
    2. 7泊～13泊の宿泊につき、チェックイン時に2スタンプが付与されます。
    3. 14泊～の宿泊につき、チェックイン時に3スタンプが付与されます。
    4. 7泊以上の延泊ごとに、延泊分のお支払いの際に1スタンプが付与されます。
    5. 部屋をアップグレードした際は、1スタンプが付与されます（例: キャビンルームからツインルームへのアップグレード）。
    6. 部屋の移動はスタンプ付与の対象外です。
    7. 10スタンプで次の特典1つと引き換えることができます：キャビンルームでの宿泊1泊分またはWCBグッズ（10スタンプ達成時点で販売されているアイテムに基づきます）
  5. 特典は10個目のスタンプを獲得した日から1年間引き換え可能です。10個目のスタンプを獲得した日から1年を過ぎた場合、このオファーは無効となります。
  6. 特典の宿泊1泊分は直接予約(電話、メール、フロントデスク)でのみ承ります。
  7. 予約サイトにてご予約いただいた宿泊分を無料に変更することはできません。予約サイトを経由した宿泊予約の前後に直接予約にて無料1泊を追加することは可能です。※その場合は、予めメールにてホステルに連絡必須、空き状況により予約不可な場合もございます。
  8. カードを紛失または修復不可能なほど破損した場合、それまでのスタンプが記載された新しいカードを再発行することはできません。
  9. スタンプを現金に交換することはできません。
  10. スタンプは他のカード所有者に譲渡することはできません。
  11. 賞品を現金に交換することはできません。

Terms of use:

  1. Your Loyalty Card is valid for 3 years from the day of issuance
  2. Only one name can be registered per card. Only the cardholder can receive a stamp for their stay.
  3. Family and Friends of the cardholder may collect stamps under the cardholders name as long as the reservation is under the card holders name
  4. Collecting Stamps:
    1. 1 stay is equal to 1 stamp at the time of check-in
    2. 1 week of stay is equal to 2 stamps at the time of check-in
    3. 2 weeks of stay is equal to 3 stamps at the time of check-in
    4. Extensions of 7 nights or more are worth 1 stamp at the time of extension
    5. Room upgrades are worth 1 stamp (e.g. upgrade from a cabin room to twin room)
    6. Room changes are not considered
    7. 10 stamps are equal to one free night of stay* OR 1 WCB goods. Only one prize per completed loyalty card can be redeemed.

  5. Prizes can be redeemed up to 1 year after receiving your 10th stamp. After 1 year from the time you receive your 10th stamp, the offer will no longer be valid.
  6. The one free night of stay can only be reserved directly (at front, via email or phone) with Wild Cherry Blossom Hostel. Depending on availability.
  7. The free night stay cannot be applied to an existing reservation or to a reservation made through online reservation sites. However, it can be added either before or after an already existing booking. Depending on availability.
  8. If your card is lost or irreparably damaged, a new one cannot be issued with your previous stamps.
  9. Stamps cannot be exchanged for money.
  10. Stamps cannot be transferred from one card holder to another.
  11. Prizes cannot be exchanged for money.
