Even though this place isn’t a major Hanami (“flower viewing”) spot in Musashi-Koganei, it’s close to the hostel (about 12 minutes by walking) and most importantly, not overcrowded with people.
To get the best views, take a stroll along the river early in the morning or right around sunset time. If you continue walking, the river will lead to Musashino Park. The park is wonderful for biking, walking and also laying on the grass while deciding your next move.
